摘要
选用精练剂M-191A,Argazol NF型活性染料和Artelon AQE型分散染料,设计相应的工艺实现涤棉针织物同浴练染。优化的处理工艺为:M-191A 2 g/L,50℃处理30 min,加入染料和元明粉,130℃染色40 min;水洗、皂洗、水洗。染中、深色时,同浴练染工艺染色效果和色牢度与传统工艺相当。
Scouring and dyeing of polyester/cotton knitted fabric in one bath is carried out with scouring agent M-191A, reactive dyes Argazol NF and disperse dyes Artelon AQE. The optimized process is as follows： M-191A 2 g/L,scouring at 50 ℃ for 30 min, then dyes and anhydrous sodium sulfate are added, dyeing at 130 ℃ for 40 min, then washing, soaping, and washing. Dyeing results and color fastness of medium to dark color are similar to those of traditional process. Scouring and dyeing in one bath has advantages of short and efficient process, water, energy and steam-saving, as well as improved production efficiency.
