摘要
介绍了精练染色一浴剂力威龙198在涤棉混纺产品练漂染色一浴法工艺中的应用。与传统工艺相比,新工艺省去了传统工艺的前处理工序,缩短了工艺流程。力威龙198用量在1.5-2 g/L时,该工艺能达到传统工艺的染色效果和色牢度要求,且大大降低了水、电、汽等的消耗,缩短了工艺时间,达到高效节能减排的目的。
Nivelon 198 was used to scouring and dyeing of T/C blends in one bath.Results showed that one bath process with 1.5-2 g/L Nivelon 198 could achieve similar dyeing effect and color fastness,with significantly reduced consumption of water,electricity and steam,and shortened process time.
