摘要
高效特殊净洗剂Span-RT用于涤棉织物的分散/活性染色,可免除分散染料染色后的还原清洗工序,生产时间较传统工艺减少2 h;按浴比1:10计,每吨布可减少水、电、蒸汽和助剂成本940元,同时还可减轻废水排放负荷,对开发涤棉织物的生态染色技术具有重要作用。
High efficient and special soaping agent Span-RT was applied to polyester-cotton fabric in disperse/reactive dyeing. The novel dyeing process without reduction clearing after disperse dyeing was also established. The new process was capable of saving production time 2 h, and the comprehensive cost of water,auxiliary and energy consumption could be reduced RMB 940 yuan per ton of fabric. Meanwhile, a large amount of waste water disposal can also be decreased, which can play an im- portant role in developing ecological dyeing technology of polyester-cotton fabric.
