摘要
目的提高玻璃体切割联合硅油填充术后患者体位舒适性和促进术眼康复。方法对198例玻璃体切割联合硅油填充手术患者,根据视网膜裂孔的不同部位采取面向下、半卧位、侧卧位及头低位与面向下交替卧位。结果198例患者中,194例能坚持护嘱体位,术后住院7～8d痊愈出院;4例不能坚持,术后住院12～15d痊愈出院。结论玻璃体切割联合硅油填充术后根据病情采取相应的体位,有利于提高患者舒适性和促进患者康复。
Objective To improve comfort of patients in forced position after vitrectomy and silicone oil tamponade procedure. Me- thods A total of 198 cases after vitrectomy and silicone oil tamponade procedure were placed in face down, semi recumbent, and la- teral positions, or in head down alternating with face down positions according to the locations of the retinal tears. Results Among the 198 cases, 94 patients were able to adhere themselves to positions taught by the nurses, with their stay being 7 to 8 days after the surgery; 4 patients failed to adhere to the positions, with their stay being 12 to 15 days after the surgery. Conclusion Choosing the right posture according to patients＇ condition after vitrectomy and silicone oil tamponade procedure can not only improve com- fort of patients but also boost their recovery.
