人工气腹及头低位对下腹部腔镜手术患者眼内压的影响 被引量：4

摘要 目的 观察人工气腹及头低位对下腹部腔镜手术患者眼内压（IOP）的影响.方法 22例ASA Ⅰ级或Ⅱ级下腹部腔镜手术患者,使用Tono-Pen笔式眼压计分别于全麻后5 min（T0）、气腹后5 min（T1）、气腹后15 min（T2）、气腹结束前5 min（T3）、气腹结束后5 min（T4）、气腹结束后15 min（T5）记录眼内压（IOP）,同时观察各时点心率（HR）、收缩压（SBP）、舒张压（DBP）的变化.结果 术中各时点HR、SBP、DBP的差异无统计学意义.T1～T4时IOP明显升高（P＜0.05）,T2、T3时较T1时进一步升高（P＜0.05）,在T3时达到最高峰,T4时较T3时明显下降（P＜0.05）,T5时恢复到T0时.结论 下腹部腔镜手术的人工气腹及头低位能导致IOP显著升高,有发生视网膜及视神经损害的危险.
