CDX2、Syn、CgA、NSE在直肠腺癌中的表达与预后研究 被引量：2

摘要 目的观察直肠腺癌组织中CDX2、Syn、CgA、NSE(NED)的表达,探讨其在直肠腺癌恶性程度及预后判定中的作用。方法应用免疫组织化学S-P法检测120例直肠腺癌组织中NSE、CgA、Syn的表达,60例直肠腺癌中CDX2的表达,将其表达情况与临床资料进行统计学分析。结果①CDX2的表达与患者性别、年龄、肿瘤大小无明显关系(P>0.05),与肿瘤分化程度、淋巴结转移、Dukes分期有明显差异(P<0.05)。②NED的表达在性别、年龄、肿瘤大小、浸润深度等方面均无显著差异。而在组织学类型、Dukes分期及肿瘤转移中有显著性差异。结论 CDX2可以作为判断直肠癌的恶性程度及预后的评估指标。肿瘤转移、NED、肿瘤组织学类型也是影响直肠腺癌患者预后的因素。在直肠腺癌组织中NED表达提示有较差的预后。
