连环蛋白家族的新成员——p120-连环蛋白 被引量:1

p120-Catenin——A New Member of Catenin Family

摘要 目的介绍连环蛋白家族新成员p120-连环蛋白(p120-catenin,p120ctn)及其在肿瘤研究中的进展。方法查阅近年来国内、外有关对p120ctn研究的文献并作综述。结果①p120ctn参与钙黏蛋白-连环蛋白复合体的形成,参与细胞生长、增殖和黏附连接;②调控Rho GTP酶的活性,促进细胞运动性;③与核内转录因子Kaiso结合形成Kaiso-p120ctn复合体,参与基因转录的调控;④参与血管内皮生长因子诱导的血管新生过程;⑤参与炎症、细胞恶变以及肿瘤侵袭、转移过程。结论 p120ctn作为连环蛋白家族中的一个新成员,依靠它的细胞定位参与多种生物过程,从分子水平深入了解p120ctn的生物学功能及作用机理,有利于从p120ctn的异常改变判断肿瘤的发生和发展,为肿瘤的预防和治疗提供新的手段。 Objective To summarize the progress of pl20-catenin (pl20ctn)——a new member of catenin family in tumor research. Methods Demestie and international published literatures related to pl20ctn in recent years were collected and reviewed. Results ①pl20ctn was involved in formation of eadherin-catenin complex, par- ticipated in cell growth, proliferation, and adheren junctions.②p120ctn regulated Rho GTP activity and promoted cell motility.③pl20etn was involved in the regulation of gene transcription through binding with the nuclear tran- scription factor Kaiso.④pl20ctn was involved in angiogenesis process induced by vascular endothelial growth fac- tor.⑤p120ctn was involved in inflammation, cell malignant transformation, and tumor invasion and metastasis. Conclusions As a new member of eatenin family, pl20etn participates in a variety of biological processes relying on its cellular localization. It will be facilitated to judge the genesis and progression of tumor from the abnormal altera- tion of pl20ctn according to understanding the biological function and mechanism of pl20ctn in the molecular level, a new pathway in the prevention and treatment of cancer is provided.
