发酵法生产DHA的研究 被引量:4

摘要 通过对破囊壶菌 ATCC3430 4等四株菌的发酵液的分析及发酵条件的研究 ,发现ATCC3430 4易于培养且 DHA含量高 ,在以淀粉为碳源的培养基中 ,2 8℃ 170 r/ min摇床光照培养 6 d,DHA含量达 32 0 .1mg/ L。 By analyzing the fermentation product and studying the fermentation condition of the Thraustochytrium aureum ATCC34304 and other four strain,it is obtained that the ATCC34304 can be cultured more easily and the content of DHA is high.The content of DHA was highest,320.1 mg/L,when the ATCC34304 was cultivated in the medium in which the starch is used as carbon source at 28 ℃,170 r/min for six days.
