摘要
分析了80号钢表面凹陷的主要原因并提出了合理的预防措施。研究指出,化学成分、浇注温度、拉速、水口对中、保护渣等工艺因素的改变对80号钢表面凹陷只能起到削弱作用,只有调整好诸如结晶器水缝、水套、振动台水平、对中对弧精度设备状态,才起到根治凹陷的作用。当表面凹陷消失后,漏钢、角部裂纹也随之消失,铸坯质量得到保障。
Causes for surface indentations of 80 steel were analyzed and reasonable precautions were put forward. It is pointed out that changes of chemical composition, pouring temperature, casting speed, water, slag etc. can only weaken the surface indentations. Only by adjusting crystallizer water jacket, water gap, vibration level, can the sur- face indentation can be resolved completely. When the surface depression disappeared after the breakout, corner crack also disappeared and billet quality is guaranteed.
