摘要
从钢种、结晶器状况、过热度、拉速、振动、保护渣性能、工艺操作等方面分析了安钢二炼钢2号方坯连铸机产生漏钢的原因,并采取相应措施,取得了较好的效果。
The present paper analyzes the causes to the breakout of the No. 2 billet continuous caster in the No. 2 Steel-making Plant of Anyang Iron ＆ Steel Co. , Ltd from the steel grade, mould condition, extent of overheat, drawing speed, vibration, performance of mould flux and technical process and advances certain counter measures. As the results better achievements have been attained.
