摘要
对BOF—LF—VD—CC工艺流程生产的42CrMoA合金结构钢连铸坯产生表面夹渣原因分析,结果表明,连铸表面夹渣可以通过合理使用结晶器保护渣,保持结晶器内液面稳定及中间包水口对中,稳定拉速等措施加以控制。
Reason analysis on the surface inclusion in the continuous casting slab of 42CrMoA alloy struc- tural steel, produced by BOF-LF-VD-CC process the reasonable use of mould fluxes, keeping the centering, and stabilizing the tr, dlPd pulling speed, the flow, is carried out, and the results show that, through stabilization of liquid level in mould, holding the nozzle surface inclusionof continuous casting slab can be con trolled.
