摘要
为了应用紧密纺纱技术加快对传统环锭细纱机的改造,以提高产品的质量和档次,对三罗拉式紧密纺和四罗拉式紧密纺在纺纱质量、生产成本和生产管理等方面进行了试验对比分析。认为四罗拉式紧密纺纱技术更适合传统环锭细纱机的改造和方便企业的管理,国内纺机企业应加大对四罗拉式紧密纺纱技术的研发,以适应企业的需求。
To increase modification speed of compact spinning taking place of traditional ring spinning, increase product quality and level, spinning quality, production cost and production management et al of three roller compact spinning and four roller compact spinning were tested and analysed. It is considered that four roller compact spinning is more suitable to traditional ring spinning modification and convenient to enterprise management. Four roller compact spinning should be paid attention to study for domestic textile machinery enterprises to suit spinning need.
