摘要
ZG18MnCrMoNiRE焊接热影响区最高硬度试验和斜Y坡口焊接裂纹试验表明:在采用准1.2 mm的MK.GHS90实心焊丝,焊接电流250 A,焊接电压34 V,焊接速度350 mm/min,Ar80%+CO220%混合气体保护,预热温度150℃,焊接热输入控制在15~25 kJ/cm,焊后250℃×2 h保温的焊接工艺下,焊缝的表面裂纹率和断面裂纹率均小于20%,在实际的焊接中可以得到良好的焊接接头,防止冷裂纹和热裂纹的出现。
The maximum hardness tests in welding heat affected zone of ZG18MnCrMoNiRE and the welding crack tests with oblique Y-groove showed that under the welding process of using φ12 mm MK·GHS90 solid wire, welding current 250 A, welding voltage 34 V, welding speed 350 mm/rnin, Ar80% + CO2 20% mixed gas protection, preheating temperature at 150 ℃, welding heat input in 15 - 25 kJ/cm and the samples kept at 250 ℃ for 2 h after welding, the surface crack rate and the section crack rate of welds are less than 20%, the excellent welding joint can be obtained and prevent the weld from cold cracks and hot cracks in practice welding.
