摘要
一.前言由于生产的发展,低合金高强度铸钢的应用日益增多。但也由于存在提高了强度而韧性下降的矛盾,使应用受到一定限制,不得不使用锻件。然而,对复杂形状、较大尺寸的无坯来说,锻造用锻模加工困难,成本高、寿命低、所需横锻设备吨位大等原因,一般生产厂都不易做到,生产成本也高。
The toughness of low alloy cast steels with high strength usually decreases as its strength increases. In order to searching for the reasons and the solution of this problem, we have looked throngh lots of data, made a number of experiments and research work and found out the possible way to increase the strength of low alloy cast steels without decreasing its tougnness. The results of the experiment and research on a new type casting steel of ZG 28 Si-Mn-Mo-V-B-RE shows that it is possible for low alloy cast steels with high strength to combine With high toughening. The good result has been made by industrial experiments on some market products.
