摘要
对液压支架用Q550低合金高强度钢常温下焊接工艺进行了研究。进行了焊接接头的拉伸、弯曲、低温冲击试验,并对其冲击断口及显微组织进行了观察。结果表明,采用低氢型渣系的低合金高强钢药芯焊丝PK-YJ707A焊接后,焊接接头的屈服强度于母材等强度;冲击吸收功AKV值在-20℃时达到107J,在-40℃时达到80J;焊接接头弯曲后无裂纹或裂纹小于3mm。力学性能均符合Q550低合金高强度钢的要求。表明合理的焊接工艺、合适的焊接材料可以取消焊前预热。
Non-preheating welding characteristics of low alloy high strength structural steel Q550 was investigated.The tensile,bending and low-temperature impact test of welded joint were carried out.The impact fracture and microstructure of the welded joint were observed.The results show that after using low alloy high strength steel flux-cored welding wire PK-YJ707A of low hydrogen slag type system,the tensile strength of the welded joint equals with the base metal.Impact absorbing energy reaches 107 J at-20℃ and 80 J at-40 ℃;after bending,the welded joint has no crack,or the crack is smaller than 3 mm.The mechanical property meets the requirements of HSLA Q550.The appropriate weld technology and suitable welding material can cancel the preheating process
