轴向柱塞泵关键摩擦副匹配性研究 被引量:4

Research on Adaptability of Important Frictional Pairs in Axial Piston Pump

摘要 对基材2A12、45钢,分别通过化学镀纳米石墨、化学沉积纳米复合陶瓷(Al2O3/SiC)处理后,使其与ZY331608配对,分别对配对试件进行摩擦试验,分析得出较合适的试样材料及工艺匹配。结果表明,对45钢进行化学沉积纳米复合陶瓷并与ZY331608配对,可大大降低轴向柱塞泵关键摩擦副的磨损,提高其寿命。 The substrates 2A12 and 45 steel after treated by electroless plating nano graphite and chemical deposition nano ceramic (A12OJSiC), respectively, were maked match with ZY331608, and then the friction tests of the matching pieces were completed to obtain the more appropriate sample material and technique matching. The results show that the match of 45 steel with chemical deposition nano ceramic and ZY331608 can greatly reduce the abrasion wear of key friction pairs in axial piston pump and improve their working life.
