摘要
叙述了经全方位N+注入(N+PS11)表面改性后的25Cr3MoA材料在轴向液压柱塞泵(YZB)的配流盘中的应用试验研究。结果表明N+PS11材料可较大幅度提高配流盘乃至YZB的服役使用寿命。
This paper introduces the applied investigation of 25Cr3MoA modified by N + plasma source ion implantation (N + PS11) in the oil allocating plate of axial piston (YZB).The results show that 25Cr3MoA modified by N + PS11 significantly extended the service life of the oil allocating plate and YZB.
