摘要
论文选用38Cr Mo Al A和LZQT500-7作为轴向柱塞泵关键摩擦副配对材料,然后分五组,对两种材料进行不同的表面处理,对五组试样进行摩擦磨损实验,最后得出38Cr Mo Al A采用氮化+等离子喷涂二硫化钼、LZQT500-7采用氮化的配对处理工艺是最好的方式。
In this paper,select 38CrMoAlA and LZQT500-7 as the material of important frictional pairs in axial piston pump,then divided them into five groups,carry on different surface treatments for the two kinds of materials.Friction and wear experiments were carried out for the five groups.Final arrival at a conclusion:the best one is 38CrMoAlA been nitride + plasma spraying MoS2 and LZQT500-7 been nitride.
