摘要
用模式识别观点对取向硅钢表面氧化镁涂层质量问题进行了分析,直接在由工艺参数构筑的空间中,根据最佳工艺模式的聚类特征筛选主要因素,用PLS方法进行优化处理,就各工艺因素对涂层质量的影响给出了定性的分级及优化方向。
An analysis has been made on the quality of magnesia coating on the surface plate from a viewpoint of model identification. The main factors have been sieved directly from a space constructed by parameters according to the characters of one kind coming together for an Optimum technique. PLS method was usecl for making an optimum treatment and a qualitative graded optimized direction has heed given for the effects of the parameters on the quality of the coating
