摘要
阐述了电工钢传统涂层在固定铁芯方面存在的不足之处。自黏结涂层是一种全新的电工钢涂层,具有绝缘强度高、耐蚀性好、冲片性好的优点。用带有自黏结涂层的电工钢制成的铁芯固定牢靠,电机效率高,振动小,噪音低。对电工钢自黏结涂层的特点、国内外发展状况、应用领域和市场前景进行了介绍。研究了不同烘烤温度下自黏结涂层的黏结强度变化趋势和冷态下的黏结情况,对自黏结涂层在B状态下固化温度和固化时间与黏结强度的关系进行了研究,得出了获得良好性能自黏结涂层的生产工艺。
Some shortcomings of the traditional coatings for iron core of electric steel are expounded. Self-adhesive coating is a brand new coating for electric steel with advantages of high dielectric strength, excellent corrosion resistance and stamping ability. The iron core made of electric steel with self-adhesive coating is very reliable and the motor with this iron core is of high efficiency, low vibrations and noises. The article introduces the coating' s characteristics, development trends at home and abroad, application fields and market prospects. The bond strength variability of the coating under different baking temperatures and adhesive characteristics at normal temperature are investigated. The relationship between the coating' s solidification temperature and time are studied under B state. Finally, a production process for self-adhesive coating with excellent performance is obtained.
