摘要
以地菍的茎作为外植体,研究了离体培养再生植株.试验结果表明:在配方为MS+6-BA1.5mg/L+NAA1.0mg/L固体培养基中诱导不定芽,诱导率高达76.6%;继代增殖用MS+6-BA0.25mg/L+NAA1.0mg/L较为理想,增殖系数为8.8,而生根培养基为MS+6-BA0.25mg/L+NAA1.0mg/L生根效果较好.
The technique of in vitro culture production of Melastoma dodecandrum was developed from the explants taken from stem segments. The results showed that on the solid MS medium supplemented with 6-BA 1.5mg/L and NAA 1.0 mg/L for inducing the germination adventitious buds, the inducing rate was 76.6%. The solid MS medium with 6-BA 0.25mg/L and NAA 1.0mg/L were used for multiplication, the proliferation rate was over 8.8. It was the appropriate rooting culture medium of MS with 6-BA 0.25mg/L and NAA 1.0mg/L.
