摘要
医院药库、药品批发及零售连锁企业储存药品的仓库对仓储环境温湿度及光照因素等有严格的要求。针对药库药品分区管控系统的实际需求和运行中遇到的各种问题,设计使用STC12C5A60S2系列单片机进行定时的数据采集处理,并通过ZigBee无线远程监控系统进行监测。系统由现场数据采集终端和远程监测中心两级网络构成。数据采集终端的MCU下位机采集处理的程序用KeilC51编写,实现了多项环境数据的采集处理以及定时发送。监控端上位机采用LabVIEW的VISA读取函数,将采集到的串口数据进行处理,实现了温湿度、光照强度等数据的采集、分析、存储、输出和报警,历史数据变化曲线同步显示。用户可以根据不同区域的温湿度及光照强度的要求,自行设置上下限预警值,完成了数据的采集与监控。
Pharmacy inventory in hospitals,medicine wholesale and retail enterprises has strict requirement on the temperature,hu-midity and light of the environment.According to the actual needs and problems in pharmacy inventory division managing,this pa-per introduces a wireless remote monitoring system which collects data and information through STC12C5A60S2 microcontroller and based on ZigBee wireless communication.The system is made up of two parts,the data collection terminal and the remote mon-itoring center.The software on the MCU of the data acquisition terminal is built by KeilC51,thus realized the information of the environment be tested,processed,and sent wirelessly.By using the VISA function of LabVIEW,it realizes the data analysis,storage,output and alarm for temperature and humidity.The temperature and humidity history graph is also displayed and users can set the alarm value by themselves,thus the monitoring system is completed.
