摘要
通过研究、对比和借鉴一些国家的药品供应模式,针对目前中国医药行业供应链中存在的问题,提出一套对医院药品供应体系实施供应链管理的思路:在一个整合的、实时共享的物流信息平台上,对医院物流内、外部的各"节点"实施同步管理和协调,形成战略联盟,从而最终实现链上总成本最低的目标。
Further more, it becomes a main approach to enhance core competition and reduce cost for a modern hospital. It aims at the problem in China＇s medicine supply chain, and to table a proposal on the base of The New Healthcare Reform Scheme： synchronously manage and coordinate each point of the supply chain on an integrated and real-time logistic information platform and form a strategic alliance, then ultimately the minimum chain total cost.
