摘要
目的分析医院中药饮片入库验收的质量状况,提出建议以保证临床用药质量。方法根据某院2016年1月~2017年6月的中药饮片入库验收记录,归纳分析中药饮片质量验收不合格的原因。结果验收中药饮片2623批次,其中不合格136批次,占总批次的5.18%;中药饮片质量不合格的主要原因为变质、掺伪掺杂、炮制不规范,占总不合格批次的52.94%。结论针对某院中药饮片入库验收中发现的问题,建议采取加强中药饮片的采购管理、提高验收人员水平和规范中药饮片的炮制等措施,以保证临床用药质量。
Objective To put forward some suggestions to guarantee the quality of clinical medication by analyzing the quality of warehouse entry inspection of Chinese decoction pieces in a hospital.Methods According to the records of warehouse entry inspection of Chinese decoction pieces in a hospital from January 2016 to June 2017,the reasons for unqualified Chinese decoction pieces were summarized and analyzed.Results There were 2623 batches of Chinese decoction medicine checked and accepted in a hospital,of which 136 batches pieces were unqualified,accounting for batches of 5.18% of total acceptance.The reasons of unqualified Chinese decoction pieces mainly included deterioration, adulteration and non-standard processing,which accounted for 52.94% of total unqualified batches.Conclusion Some suggestions were put forward to guarantee the quality of clinical medication in view of the problems found in the warehouse entry inspection of Chinese decoction pieces in a hospital,which included to strengthen the purchasing management of Chinese decoction pieces,to improve the acceptance level of staff,and to standardize the processing of Chinese decoction pieces.
