摘要
目的 :研究鸦胆子油中油酸的定量方法。方法 :采用双波长薄层扫描法对油酸进行含量测定 ,λs 为 40 0nm ,λR为 6 5 0nm。结果 :平均回收率达 98 7% ,RSD为 2 2 %。结论
OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for determination of the active antitumor components in Brucea javanica oil.METHODS:The sample was determined by dual wavelength at λ s=400nm,λ R=650nm.RESULTS:The recovery ratio was 98 7% and the RSD was 2 2%, respectively.CONCLUSION:This method was a good way to control the quality of Brucea javanica oil.
