摘要
目的：将鸦胆子油制成干燥乳剂，进行药效学对比实验，开发药物新剂型。方法：采用喷雾干燥方法制备鸦胆子油干燥乳剂，进行质量评价，同时用两种动物，以雷尼替丁为对照药进行抑制胃溃疡形成的药效学实验。结果与结论：干燥乳剂具有良好的再分散性、稳定性。药效学结果显示，对小鼠阿司匹林所致胃溃疡，束水应激胃溃疡，大鼠醋酸所致慢性胃溃疡。

OBJECTIVE:To study on the preparation of drying cmulsion of Brucca Javanica and to cvaluatc
its quality METHODS:The drying emulsion was prepared by spraying drying method.The
content,second dispersion and stability of this emulsion were in vestigated. The
pharmacodynamics of the drying emulsion were also studied in rats and mouse.RESULTS:This
emulsion had good second dispersion and stability.The pharmacodynamic study showed that
restrainable effect of drying emulsion was outstanding on gastric ulcer caused by aspirin in
mouse,on chronic gastric ulcer caused by acetic acid in rats,on irritability gastric ulcer in
mouse,and on gastric ulcer caused by pylurus ligation in rats,respectively.CONCLUSION:A
drying cmulsion of Brucea Javanica oil showed effective to gastric ulcer.
