摘要
采用快速层析技术（ＦＣ）和络合快速层析技术（ＣＦＣ）、质谱、红外光谱、气相色谱、化学衍生化并结合旋光度、熔点的测定，分离鉴定了鸦胆子油中７种三萜醇。
The unsaponifiable fraction of Brucea javanica seed oil was separated by flash chromatography on silica gel into major fractions:triterpene alcohols, 4-methylsterols, sterols,hydrocarbons. The acetates of triterpene alcohols were separated with 20% silver nitrate silica gel complex flash chromatography of our own design.Identification of major components was carrid out mainly by MS as well as GLC,TLC,IR, melting point and optical rotation.The acetates of α-amyrin,β-amyrin,taraxerol,tirucalla-7,24-dien-3β-ol,lupeol, 24-methylenecycloartanol,cycloartanol were isolated and identified.These compounds are reported for the first time in Brucea javanica seed oil.
