三结GaAs太阳电池粒子辐照位移损伤模型简化 被引量:3

摘要 空间三结GaAs太阳电池粒子辐照衰降模型建立的难点在于以往的模型需要对三结电池逐层分析分别建模然后再统一到一起,通过对三结电池三个子电池耐辐照能力进行分析再结合粒子入射过程中连续慢化原理及薄靶近似原理对质子的非电离能损进行了修正,从而将三结电池的辐照衰降模型简化为单结模型。 Previously,the difficulty building the particle irradiation degeneration model of space triple-junction GaAs solar cells is that the model must be built separately and then unified.The irradiation endurance of three sub-cell was analyzed,and combined with the continuous slowing principle of incident particles and thin target approximation principle,the non-ionizing energy loss of the proton was amended.In this way,the triple-junction cell irradiation degeneration model was reduced to a single-junction model.
