太阳电池分流电路与PCU联试仿真与分析

摘要 通过太阳电池阵分流电路与PCU母线调节器联试仿真与分析,建立了三结GaAs太阳电池的电容动态分析模型,验证了太阳电池阵寄生电容对PCU母线调节器的影响,开展实验验证工作,保证太阳电池分流电路和电源控制器的接口兼容性。对以后太阳电池阵及PCU母线调节器的设计提供理论和支持。 A dynamical model of triple-junction GaAs solar cell capacitance was set up in this paper.By means of simulation and analysis,it validated the influence of the parasitic solar array capacitance in the sequential switching shunt regulator(S3R),and made sure the interface compatibility of solar array and power conditioning unit(PCU) in the solar array and PCU joint test,which provided a theory and solution of solar array and PCU design.
