摘要
电源系统是卫星的重要分系统之一 ,几乎所有的卫星均需配置一个合适而可靠的电源分系统。电源分系统在整个卫星系统中所占质量的比例是最高的[1] ,因此对电源系统的研究就非常重要。多数地球轨道卫星都采用太阳电池阵与蓄电池联合供电系统。空间的环境非常恶劣 ,温度起伏大 ,高能粒子多 ,使得工作在其中的太阳电池必须具备性能稳定和抗辐照等特性。文中对空间太阳电池系统的发展现状作了较为详细的介绍 ,比较分析了硅太阳电池与其它几种材料的空间太阳电池的发展现状和优缺点 ,得出了硅电池仍是目前空间应用的最佳选择的结论。还介绍了几种高效硅太阳电池及当前的发展水平 ,通过比较分析 ,提出了空间太阳电池的未来研究方向。
Power system was one of the important subsystems of the satellite. Almost all satellites needed a set of proper and reliable power subsystem. The power subsystem was the weightest one in satellite. Most satellites that circle around the earth were powered by combined system consists of solar array and battery. Because of the worse condition in space, solar cells working in it must have the characteristic of steady working and anti-radiation. The space solar system was compared and analyzed firstly, and then prompted future research direction of the space solar cells.
