渗透汽化膜分离过程溶解—扩散传递机理的探讨 被引量:5

摘要 本文以非理想性较强的乙醇-水溶液为研究实例,选择具有较好渗透汽化分离效果的均质三醋酸纤維素膜(DT07)和非对称聚砜膜(PSf3),用新的膜内浓度测定方法有效地测定了溶液各组分在膜内的溶胀平衡及Flory相互作用参数Ψ;基于修正的溶解-扩散模型,对渗透汽化膜分离过程的伴生作用,从溶解热力学和动态扩散两方面进行了定量的关联分析。 In this paper, the swelling equilibrium of ethanol-water solution in whole range of composition was determined by a novel method reported previously with two types of membrane, homogeneous cellulose triacetate membrane DT07 and asymmetric polysulfone membrane Psf3, which have shown rather good pervaporation separation properties to the nonideal ethanol aqueous solution, and the Flory interaction parameters were obtained as well. Based on the modified Solution-Diffusion Model, the coupling effects, including thermodynamic part and kinetic part were discussed and investigated quantitatively. · Present address: Jiangsu Institute of Chemical Technology, Jiangsu, Changzhou
