摘要
浙江省第十二次党代会提出,要坚定不移地走创业富民、创新强省之路。然而,从当前浙江省创新创业所遇到的挑战和问题来看,缺乏创业型人才是其主要的制约因素之一。在这样的背景下,高校就必须面对如何培养创业型人才这一问题。对浙江省10多所高校进行调研走访,梳理并分析了具有代表性的多种创业型人才培养模式,获得了一些有价值的经验与启示,旨在为我国高校开展创业教育提供建议。
12th party congress in Zhejiang proposed that the rapidly development of Zhejiang province must depend on innovation and enterprise. However, the shortage of entrepreneurial type of talents is the main constraint element. Therefore, the most important thing is how to train the entrepreneurial talents. In this article, the author researches ten universities, and analyses how to train the entrepreneurial talents. Besides, the author finds that some special mode of entrepreneurial talents training. Based on this research, the author gains some valuable experience. It will provid university with suggestion to train the entrepreneurial talents.
