摘要
高职学生职业能力的培养是高职教学中的重点,为了更好地培养高职学生的职业能力,有必要在课余时间开展形式多样的课外教学活动,把学生旺盛的精力、行为能量、注意力转移到学校培养目标的轨道上来。为此必须充分认识到课外教学有助于培养学生的独立能力、动手操作能力、创新和团队合作能力以及人际沟通等职业能力。
The development of student＇s vocational ability is important in higher vocational colleges teaching. So it is necessary to launch extracurricular teaching according to the education goal of college. It should be recognized that extracurricular teaehing improves the abilities of working independently, practical operation, innovation and cooperation, and social communication as well.
