摘要
石油企业在对外直接投资过程中面临诸多风险,在选择对外投资的目标区域时应综合考虑属地资源禀赋、针对目标油田的竞争对象、东道国经济政策、东道国政治和文化环境、属地油田技术条件、市场因素等多方面的影响。结合多种影响因素,运用AHP方法,对美国、巴西、安哥拉、澳大利亚、尼日利亚、印度尼西亚六国的投资环境进行评价,有助于针对不同区域制定切实可行的"走出去"战略和措施。
During the process of foreign direct investment, the petroleum enterprises face a lot of risks, so the territorial resources, competition in the target field, the economic, political and cultural environment of host coun- try, the territorial oilfield technical conditions and market factors should be considered comprehensively in the choice of object region of foreign direct investment. Combining the variety of factors, based on the method of AHP, the investment environment of he United States, Brazil, Angola, Australia, Nigeria, Indonesia can be evaluated, which is useful for formulating practical strategy and measures of ＂going out＂.
