摘要
采用溶胶—凝胶法于 Al2 O3-B2 O3体系中合成出了 Eu3+ ,Tb3+激活的 Al1 8B4O33磷光体。研究了磷光体的形成过程 ,探讨了烧结温度及激活剂浓度对磷光体发光性能的影响。
The phosphor material of Al 18 B 4O 33 ∶Eu 3+ (Tb 3+ ) have been prepared by sol-gel process in the systems of Al 2O 3 B 2O 3.The formation process of phospor were characterized.The effect of calcination temperature and active ion concentration on the luminescent properties of phosphors were studied.The luminescence characteristics of phosphors were observed also.
