摘要
采用高温固相合成技术、溶胶-凝胶法、助熔剂法制备了Na3La9B8O27:Ln3+(Ln=Eu或Tb)荧光体,确定了固相反应制备该荧光体适宜的组分比例.分别测试、解释了Na3La9B8O27:Eu3+和Na3La9B8O27:Tb3+激发光谱和发射光谱.比较了不同方法制备的荧光体的发光效率,并对产生的差异进行分析和讨论,助熔剂法得到的荧光体发光效率最高.
Na3La9B8O27:Ln^3+ (Ln = Eu or Tb)phosphors have been prepared by solid state reaction, sol-gel process technique and fluxes technique, respectively. The optimal initial ratios have been determined in the solid state reaction process. The excitation and emission spectra of Na3La9B8O27:Ln^3+ and Na3La9B8O27 : Tb3 + are measured and explained. The different photoluminescent efficiency of the various prepared phosphors is studied and discussed. The phosphors fabricated by fluxes technique have the most luminescent efficiency.
