摘要
目的调查分析军队基层卫生工作者社交回避及苦恼与领悟社会支持状况。方法采用领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)、社交回避及苦恼量表(SAD)对某个培训班71名来自全军16个基层单位的卫生工作者进行调查。结果军队基层卫生工作者PSSS高于理论均值(t=12.435,P<0.01),SAD低于理论均值(t=-7.839,P<0.01);来自农村的基层卫生工作者社交回避及苦恼水平显著高于来自城市的工作者(t=2.593,P<0.05);高领悟社会支持组SAD总分及回避因子得分显著低于低领悟社会支持组(t=2.174,P<0.05);PSSS总分及家庭外支持因子与SAD及各因子呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论军队基层卫生工作者领悟社会支持处于中等偏上水平,社交回避及苦恼处于中等偏下水平;基层卫生工作者社交回避及苦恼受城乡来源影响,领悟社会支持水平是影响社交回避及苦恼的个体因素。
Objective To investigate social avoidance and distress of military basic health workers and their perceived social sup- port. Methods A total of 71 health workers who came for a training course from 16 military basic units were investigated by two scales which were Perceived Social Support Scale（PSSS）and Social Avoidance and Distress Scale（SAD）. Results The military ba- sic health workers got higher PSSS（t=12. 435,P^0.01）and lower SAD（t=-7. 839,P〈0.01）than the theoretical value respec tively. The level of basic health workers＇ SAD from rural areas were significantly higher thanthose from urban areas（t= 2. 593,P d0.05）. And the score of SAD and avoidance factor in the high PSSS group were both significantly lower than those of the low PSSS group＇s（t= 2. 174,P〈0.05）. PSSS and outer family support factor score had a negative correlation with the scores of SAD and each factor（P〈0.01）. Conclusion The perceived social support of military basic health workers is in medium or above level, while the level of their social avoidance and distress is in low medium. And their social avoidance and distress differs from their sources,rural and urban. Perceived social support is an individual factor which affects the social avoidance and distress.
