摘要
为实现用反渗透代替一级复床系统制取锅炉补给水 ,试验采用超滤进行预处理。结果证明 ,超滤比传统的预处理工艺具有明显的优势。针对超滤过程中存在的浓差极化问题 ,通过对运行条件及清洗方式的试验研究 。
For the substitution of first stage compound-bed with reverse osmosis for boiler make-up water preparation,a test application of ultrafiltration for pretreatment is performed.The results indicate that ultrafiltration is apparently better than the traditional pretreatment technology.Keeping the plarization problem of concentration difference in mind,investigations for suitable operational conditions and cleaning mode are performed,and satisfactory results are obtained.
