摘要
膜技术与酶催化合成、遗传工程、超临界流体萃取被称为21世纪食品、医药等工程的四大重要技术。本文对膜技术在食品工业中的应用进行了综述。
Membrance technology, catalysis and compound of enzyme, heredity engineering and extraction of surpass critical fluid arecalled four important technology of food and medicine engineering in 21th. This paper introduces the applications of membrance technology in food industry.
