摘要
为实现以反渗透代替一级复床系统制取高压锅炉补给水之目的，试验以超滤进行预处理，结果证明，超滤较传统的预处理工艺具有十分明显的优势．针对超滤过程中存在的浓差极化问题，通过对运行条件及清洗方式的试验研究，得到了令人满意的结果，此外还对超滤的分离机理、分离性能等进行了讨论．
Uitrafiltration was used for the pretreatment of reverse osmosis which replaced primary deionization system to produce the feed water of the high pressure boiler in this paper .The results of the test show that ultrafiltration has the remarkable advantages compared with the traditional technology of pretreatment.By focusing on the existence of concentration polarization in ultrafiltration,operating conditions and cleaning modes were investigated and achieved satisfactory results.Additional separation principle and separation properties were discussed.
