摘要
目的 :研究自发性高血压大鼠 (SHR)肝阳上亢证模型的酪氨酸羟化酶 (TH)基因表达水平及潜阳方对其影响。方法 :采用免疫组织化学方法和原位杂交法分别测定该模型肾上腺组织TH蛋白质及mRNA表达。结果 :SHR肝阳上亢证模型TH蛋白质及mRNA表达均明显增强 ,经用具有平肝熄风作用的潜阳方治疗后 ,其表达水平下降。提示 :SHR肝阳上亢证模型具有肾上腺组织TH表达增强的特点。
Objective: To investigate the tyrosine hydroxylase (TH) gene expression in Gan Yang Shang Kang Syndrome (GYSKS) model of spontaneous hypertension rats (SHR) and the effects of Qian Yang Fang treatment. Methods: Adrenal medulla TH protein level was examined by immunohistochemistry and TH gene mRNA expression was determined by in situ hybridization. Results: TH protein level and mRNA expression in GYSKS model of SHR were obviously enhanced and with the treatment of Qian Yang Fang, the gene expression level decreased. Conclusions: Adrenal medulla TH gene expression enhanced is the character of GYSKS model of SHR.
