摘要
采用两种不同的方法对４０例单纯疱疹性角膜炎肝火证患者进行治疗。结果表明，用清肝泻火汤的中药组其疗效明显优于西药组；有效率前者为９５％，后者为７０％。该方剂治疗单纯疱疹性角膜炎肝火证具有优势和潜力，能减轻眼部炎症反应，促进视力恢复。

simplex keratitis(HSK)have been treated with two differentmethods,The results showed that the
Qing Gan Xie Huo decoction used in traditional Chi-nese medicine(TCM)group was more
effective than the western medicine group in thetreatment of HSK of Gan Huo type,the effective
rate of the former was 95%and the lattergroup was 70%. It is indicated that the Qing Gan Xie
Huo decoction has superiority and po-tentiality in treatment of HSK to reduce ophthalmic
inflammatory reaction and to promotethe visual acuity.
