摘要
目的:建立工作场所空气中甲醛的检测方法并对其使用的试剂、显色温度、显色时间和比色波长进行合理的改良。方法:用0.05 g/L酚试剂作为使用液,用硝酸配制硫酸铁铵,在室温条件下显色,用630 nm波长比色。结果:本法甲醛含量测定相对标准偏差在0.57%~2.17%,最低检出浓度为0.016 mg/m3(以采集3 L空气计),质控结果在参考范围内。结论:改进后的酚试剂比色法测定工作场所中的甲醛,方法精密度好,准确性和灵敏度高,适用于工作场所空气中甲醛的测定。
Objective:To develop a method for the determination of formaldehyde in the air of workplace and im- prove reagent, color temperature, color time and colorimetrie wavelength. Methods: Phenol reagent of 0.05 g/L as working solution, ammonium ferrous sulfate solution was prepared with nitric acid, and reacted at room temperature, finallly the absorbance was measured at the 630 nm with UV - 1700 spectrometer. Results: The relative standard deviation (RSD) was 0.57% ~2.17%, the limit of detection (LOD) was 0. 016 mg/m3 (3 L), and the quality control results was in the reference range. Conclusion: The improved phenol reagent colorimetrie method succeeded in determining formaldehyde of the workplace with the advantages of good precision, accuracy and high sensitivity, which was suitable for the analysis of formaldehyde in the air of workplace.
