酚试剂分光光度法测定室内空气中甲醛的实验条件优化选择 被引量:15

Optimization selection to measure the content of formaldehyde in indoor air by phenol reagent spectrophotometry

摘要 对现有室内空气中甲醛的测定方法—酚试剂分光光度法(GB/T18024.26-2000)从采样到分析的全过程进行了研究,明确了实验药品的稳定性,对采样方法、显色条件等进行了优化,缩短了分析时间,降低检出限至0.0103μg/mL。在保证准确性的基础上使优化后的方法更好的满足室内空气监测对简便快速操作的要求。 Based on the phenol reagent spectrophotometry, the whole process of formaldehyde determination was researched. The chemical stability of the main reagents was studied, the sampling method and chromogenic reaction conditions were optimized, the time on analysis was shortened. It was proved that the detection limit of formaldehyde can be reduced to 0. 0103 μg/mL. Based on accuracy, the method after optimization became more quickly and met the need of monitoring indoor air pollution.
