摘要 针对细化谱分析中对信号进行带通滤波时需要依靠经验来设置中心频率和带宽的缺点,提出了一种将EMD、Hilbert变换和ZOOM技术相结合的齿轮故障诊断研究方法。首先用EMD对齿轮振动信号进行自适应分解,选取有用的IMF进行重构得到新的信号,通过Hilbert变换得到信号的包络谱,再对包络谱进行细化得到高分辨率细化频谱。实验结果表明,基于经验模式分解自适应滤波的齿轮振动信号解调方法计算简便,能有效地突出故障特征频率成分。 According to the shortage of zooming envelope spectrum analysis that it setting the center frequency and bandwidth of band - pass filter relying on experience. The method of gear fault diagnosis decomposition combining with EMD Hilbert and ZOOM technologies is presented. First, adaptive decomposition of gear vibration signal is carried out by EMD, by reconstitution of the useful IMF, new signal is got, by Hilbert transformation, envelope spectrum is got, then by zooming envelope spectrum analysis, the spectrum of high - resolution refinement is got. The experimental re- sults show decomposition and adaptive filtering method is simple and convenient, and can highlight the fault character- istic frequency components more effectively.
