摘要
将自适应加权中值滤波器应用于滚动轴承故障信号的故障诊断中。当信号中含有多种噪声时,让信号先通过自适应加权中值滤波器,再通过线性带通滤波器,对降噪后的信号进行包络解调处理,可以克服噪声对包络谱分析的影响。通过仿真和试验信号分析可以看出,自适应中值滤波器在机械故障诊断中具有较好的应用前景,使包络谱分析方法得到更广泛的应用。
Adaptive weighted median filter is used for diagnosing the fault signal of the rolling element bearing. When the fault signal is contaminated by different kinds of noise,such as Gaussian noise,uniform noise and impulse noise,it is processed with an adaptive weighted median filter firstly before it is filtered by a bandpass linear filter,and then the envelope signal of the rolling element bearing is demodulated after the noise is suppressed,which shows the method can overcome the impact of noise. Analyses of the simulation and the tested signals demonstrate a good prospect of the adaptive weighted median filter in fault diagnoses.
