摘要
结合现代企业发展要求及指标体系设置原则,建立了供应商评价指标体系.采用AHP和TOPSIS相结合的方法,提出一种供应商评价与选择模型,并通过实例验证该方法的可行性.供应商评价选择模型的应用使企业能够通过科学、合理的方法对供应商做出评价,为管理人员制定决策提供可靠的依据.
On the basis of previous researches and taking modern enterprise development requirements and index system setting prineiple into consideration, the supplier evaluation index system was estab- lished and a supplier evaluation and selection model was presented based on AHP and TOPSIS algo- rithm. This method is illustrated to be feasible through a case. Application of supplier evaluation and se- lection model can make enterprise evaluate suppliers scientifically and reasonably and provide reliable proofs for manager to make decision.
