摘要
选择合适的节点企业对于核心企业建立具有竞争优势的供应链意义重大。提出了供应商评价指标,并结合运用逼近于理想解的排序方法和层次分析法对供应商进行评价。结果表明,评价更具有客观性,该方法对供应链各节点企业能进行有效评估。
The paper proposes a supplier evaluation index, applies TOPSIS （Technique for Order Preference by Siminarity to Ideal Solution） and AHP in supplier evaluation and in node enterprises selection and evaluation. The results shows the evaluation is effective and workable.
