摘要
根据国际海上避碰规则及对船员的大量调查 ,利用模糊统计原理 ,对规则规定的三种会遇局面及船舶避碰操纵局面进行了划分 .根据建立安全度模糊函数和易察觉模糊函数 ,确定了转向避碰中大幅度量化值 .
Based on the collision avoidance rules and investigation to mariners' behavior of collision avoidance, the fuzzy statistics method is used to classify three situations quantitatively defined in rules and classify the situations of collision avoidance maneuvering. According to the fuzzy functions of safety degree and readily apparent, the value of substantial course alteration is determined.
