摘要
分析了各有关因素对避碰时机的影响,提出了船舶领域模糊边界和最危险时刻两个新概念,运用可拓集合论建立了确定避让行动开始时机的模型,从而为研制船舶自动避碰系统奠定了基础。
The effect of the relavent factors on the determination of the right moment for taking a collision avoidance action is analysed,and the concepts of the fuzzy boundary of a ship' s domain and the maximum risk moment are defined. In accordance with the Theory of Extension Set,a model is established for deciding the starting time for taking a collision avoidance action.
